Medical Social Work
Michigan Home Healthcare's philosophy of care starts with a deep desire to help smooth a patient's transition from the hospital, nursing facility, or outpatient center to their home. Our experienced licensed medical social workers will aide in lessening anxiety in patients and their families when faced with overwhelming questions arising from an illness or injury, and during the rehabilitation process.
